General Terms and Conditions
All products are kept at my home business address until they are delivered/posted to my customers.
Full payment is taken at checkout to guarantee your finished product.
Payment is taken via PayPal or by credit or debit card
Payments can be fully refunded if you change your mind as long as we have not already started work on your order.
We will under no circumstances commission orders with copyrighted material
Examples include Disney, Harry Potter and Fortnite
All images/fonts/items found on our website have either been designed by Laura or carry a commercial licence
Personalised / Bespoke /Made To Order items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty
If we deem you have damaged the item, again, we will not refund or exchange
Discount may be offered for your next order if deemed appropriate
Unpersonalised items can be refunded within 14 days of delivery
Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging to be eligible for return
Proof of purchase/receipt must be provided
On reception of returned item we will inspect the goods and send the customer an email to notify them we have received the item. We will notify whether your return has been approved or unsuccessful.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
Sale items cannot unfortunately be refunded

Order turnaround time is 7-10 working days. During busy periods this may be extended but the customer will be made aware when they order
Rush orders can be requested:
Within 3 days £5 extra charged
Within 1 day £10 extra charged
We copy and paste the text that is left in your note on order so any mistakes made by the customer are not our responsibility. The customer will incur an extra charge for the product to be remade.
If you are local; delivery can be arranged in person.
All orders are sent by Royal Mail/Hermes.
You have the option of Standard Shipping which is not tracked (although you are still provided a proof of postage) or Tracked Shipping which you will be provided a tracking ID.
After we send your order the delivery is outwith our control but we will make every effort to assist if, for some reason, your item is not delivered
